TRAIN ATHLETE FOR IPHONE

iPhone support

Help with the local Back squat and Run workout logger.

This page applies to Train Athlete version 1.0 for iPhone. No account or subscription is required. For the separate Android product, use Android support.

Create and start a workout

Open Train, enter a workout name, choose Back squat or Run and tap Save workout. Start the saved workout. Back squat records load in kilograms and repetitions; Run records distance in metres and time in seconds.

Save, edit and finish

Enter valid positive measurements and save each set. Use Edit set to correct a saved entry, or Add set to record another. Finish the workout after every row has been saved, then confirm. Open workout history to inspect the completed session and its results.

Continue a session

Saved active-session sets remain on the same iPhone after you close the app. Return to Train and use Continue workout. Unsaved text is not the same as a saved set. Finish or continue the current workout before starting another.

Protect your training records

Workout data is local to the app. This version does not provide Train Athlete cloud sync, an export/import feature or account recovery. Do not uninstall or clear app data as a troubleshooting step when you need to retain workouts. Review your device-backup settings before changing phones; we cannot promise recovery of locally lost records.
